Business Director (M/F)
As part of the expansion of its activities in France, FBT Partners is looking for a Business Director (M/F) in Toulouse and its surroundings.
Location: Toulouse
Contract: CDI
Salary: According to profile : between 55 and 110k€ including bonus
Sector: Consulting
As a Business Director (H/F), you will be in charge of the following activities:
– P&L management
– Prospecting
– Recruitment and management of consultants
– Management of the client portfolio
– Implementation of new processes to boost efficiency and business development
– Recruit and manage a team of Business Managers
This position will give you the opportunity to be in contact with prestigious groups and to manage exciting projects.

Profile
You have a BAC+5 profile, with an engineering/university or business school background.
You have a significant experience of 8 years in Business development in complex environments, ideally in the consulting sectors.
A good level of English is required.
You are rigorous, a leader and know how to work in a team. You have proven managerial skills and abilities, you are able to federate and lead your team in order to achieve objectives of turnover and margin set while keeping in mind the balance of your private sphere, which remains an essential pillar of our corporate culture.
You have a real commercial skills, experience in management and an appetite for big challenges.
